Our mandate
Empowering people and institutions through accredited training
The National Council for Development and Training is an Egyptian cooperative society. We design and deliver training and certification that serve sustainable development and the building of Egypt's human capital.
Our approach is simple: understand what employers need, train for it practically, assess honestly, and certify to a recognised international standard. We work in partnership with government, universities and the private sector, because training is most valuable when it leads to real work.

Co-designed programmes
We build a programme around your roles, equipment and standards, then deliver it to cohorts of your own recruits or staff, assessed against competencies you help define.
Talent pipeline
Sponsor training for a field you hire in, and meet trained, certified candidates through our university and Youth Employment Centre partnerships.
Train the trainer
Build in-house capability: we prepare your own instructors and supervisors to deliver and assess training to a consistent standard.
Accreditation
Certify your programmes with ABIA recognition through NCDT, the exclusive agent for the region, and issue graduates a dual certificate.
Assessment services
Use our secure, standards-based environment for examinations.
