Medical Services and Health Care Assistants

Practical training for the people who keep patient care running.

Overview

About the programme

Hospitals and clinics depend on confident, well-trained support staff. This programme prepares health service assistants through supervised practice in a simulated clinical environment, so trainees reach the workplace already familiar with the routines, the equipment and the standards of patient safety.

Training combines short theory sessions with repeated hands-on practice, assessed against clear competencies. Graduates receive an NCDT certificate documented with the Official Eagle seal and carrying ABIA accreditation.
