Tourism is one of Egypt's most visible industries, and hotels are where a visitor's impression is formed. This programme trains participants in front-office operations, reservations and guest relations to the standards international travellers expect.

Training is practical from the first session: role-played arrivals, departures and service recovery, with feedback from experienced hospitality instructors.
